Is it possible to schedule delivery?
Unfortunately not, but if you have trouble picking up your package at home, you can choose to have it delivered to a store or collection point.
I'm giving a gift. Can I send my order directly to the person I'd like to give it to?
Of course! Just enter the recipient's information in the shipping address and your own information in the billing address.
Is it possible to change the shipping address?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of placing it. After that, you cannot make any changes or cancel it.
Are deliveries also made on holidays?
No, deliveries do not take place on national holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Is it possible to deliver early?
Unfortunately, no, because the estimated delivery date on the website takes into account the time required for order processing and express courier delivery.
Is it possible to include a greeting card?
Absolutely! When you're in your cart, you can use the "Special Order Notes" box to write your desired text. Our team will print it and insert it into the package.
Is shipping insured?
Yes, our shipments are insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost. In the event of loss, damage, theft, or fire during shipment, we will schedule a new shipment and issue a refund if the item ordered is no longer available.
Is it possible to modify/cancel an order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of placing it. After that, you cannot make any changes or cancel it.
Is my personal data safe?
The data transmitted by the user, such as the credit card number, is protected and encrypted using special system protocols (SSL). To protect the Customer's credit card purchases, the Customer will be asked to enter the CVV code for each order. Thanks to this security system, the Customer's credit card information will be completely unreadable to third parties.
Can I pay on delivery or by bank transfer?
We do not currently accept cash on delivery or bank transfers, but we accept all major Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal.
How does the gift card work?
Our Gift Card is in digital format and can only be purchased and used online.
The gift card code will be sent to the email address on the account used for the order.
The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issue, can be combined with other discount codes and can be used for one or more purchases (until the balance is used up).

The most common size for many cartilage piercings (like helix, tragus) and for labrets is 1.2mm (16G). If you are unsure about the size, it is always best to consult your trusted piercer, as the size can vary based on the location and your original piercing hole.
8. Can I use your jewelry for a new piercing?
No, our jewelry is designed for fully healed piercings. For a fresh piercing, we recommend using jewelry advised by your piercer, usually medical-grade titanium, to promote optimal healing.
